Yes, and for most facilities that is the only sensible way to do it. Core drilling noise and concrete curing times are the real constraints, and we will map them against your dispatch or trading hours before quoting.
Yes. Zone by zone with proper exclusion is standard for us. Where separation cannot be maintained safely we will say so and propose out of hours instead of working around it badly.
Generally you cannot tell by looking, because the fixings are concealed. Without documentation of what was installed, an assessment against the current specification is the only reliable answer, and it is worth doing before an incident.
Yes, which matters more than it sounds. A barrier is only as good as the slab it is anchored into, so having one contractor responsible for both removes the argument about which one failed.
